A little about me...

Hello! My name is Gen. Let me tell you a little bit of my story. I grew up in a small suburb of Detroit, Michigan. At the age of 6, thanks to my father, a love for the game of ice hockey was born. My athletic career continued for over a decade before deciding not to continue in college. It was then I dove deeper into my other interests, both physical & spiritual.

I spend my free time hiking with my husky, biking, weight lifting, reading, painting, cooking, traveling, & practicing hot yoga.

As a high level athlete, my body was always struggling to keep up with the demand of skating multiple hours, 5 days per week. Tight muscles negatively affected my performance tremendously. This was heartbreaking to me. Experiencing that kind of crippling pain sparked my interest in helping others through massage therapy. I have a natural instinct and calling for helping people.

In 2020, I graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School located in Denver, Colorado.

Throughout my studies I found myself in awe. The human design is an intricate one. It is complex. It is intelligent. It is absolutely perfect. Most importantly, it needs to be taken care of. After all, we only get one body in this lifetime.
