Deep Tissue Massage

Massage directed at the deeper fascial tissue layers. There may be times during the massage that you experience discomfort & pain. Know that this is normal & necessary to break up adhesions, aka "knots". Please communicate if pain exceeds your comfort level and understand that you may feel sore post deep tissue work.

Fascial Scraping

Scraping is a soft tissue mobilization technique that helps to aid your body in healing from soft tissue injuries. Tissue in our bodies that connect, support or surround our internal organs and bones generally what are called ” soft tissues.” These would include fascia, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.

Athletic Massage

Targeted massage approach that focuses on specific areas of the body that are in need of healing or relief rather than covering the whole body briefly. The aim of sports massage is to reduce the stress and tension that can build up in the soft tissues of the body during exercise. This form of massage is used to: increase endurance and improve performance. This is done with the use of cupping therapy and/or fascial scraping.

Ear Candling

Ear candles are hollow cone candles made of wax-covered fabric. The pointed end is placed in your ear while the other end is lit. The warm “suction” removes earwax, dirt, and debris. Benefits include improved hearing, treatment of conditions like sinus infections, headaches, colds, etc.

Heated Bamboo Massage


Warm bamboo massage is very similar to the hot stone massage. Warmth of the bamboo canes will help to get deeper into the tissue. Bamboo massage has many benefits. It represents fertility, youth, prosperity, serenity and durability in China, Japan and Indonesia, countries which the treatment was first used. Today, bamboo massage helps to promote the circulation enhancing the flow of oxygen and nutrient rich blood to help with recovery and healing, helps to reduce various pains and aches such as lower back pain, neck and shoulder pains and aches and general muscle soreness.
